CloudNow looked to digitize the entire process, thereby creating transparency and accountability to all stakeholders through one unified solution.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Limitations of the conventional workflow<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In their existing process, the merchandising team at the organization would coordinate with purchasers at client companies to understand their specific requirements, have designs drawn up by the in-house design team, freeze on design specification, negotiate and agree on costing and delivery time, and coordinate delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With each step of this process managed manually, the process was tending to result in time delays &#8211; something that neither they nor their clients could afford. A smoother process that could harness technology to eliminate the delays at each stage of manual collaboration and communication.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Through this project, the client wanted to&#8230;<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Create a digital platform with end-to-end digitization from selection to design customization to delivery<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reduce process duration by enhancing client interaction and collaboration<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bring in real-time design collaboration<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manage stock and digitize catalogs with all options available<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Keep track of communication and maintain documentation for billing and approvals<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here\u2019s the solution we delivered<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CloudNow implemented a \u2018process digitization system\u2019 through the development of a comprehensive, custom-built digital platform.
