This resulted in operational complexities in managing multiple disparate services for different requirements
The first part of the solution was to consolidate the entire workforce onto the Google Workspace platform
This was enabled through the use of Google Workspace’s Frontline Workers (FLW) plan which provides integrated tools tailored for employees in the field, offering essential services like email and device management
Cloud Identity Premium (CIP) was chosen for the client to extend Google Workspace to manage Windows devices and user identities, streamlining updates and patches without extra software
An Enterprise Agreement is being signed with Google Cloud with a longer-term commitment to Google Cloud services at a significantly reduced cost
Cost-effective email from a single service provider for the large field workforce with the Google Workspace FLW plan
An estimated 35% reduction in IT costs by entering into an Enterprise Agreement with Google Cloud
Unified user management, device management, and multi-factor authentication to enhance operational efficiency
Secure, simplified access with SSO across all internal cloud applications, boosting security and user experience
Specialization on a single cloud platform skillset for the client’s IT team, with all workloads migrated to Google Cloud and Google Workspace
